Join us for a vibrant and healthy gathering as we celebrate the power of food and community at our Blue Zone Vibes Potlucks! Inspired by the Blue Zones - regions of the world where people live the longest and healthiest lives. Our potlucks will focus on delicious, plant-based, and nutrient-packed dishes that promote longevity and well-being.
A series of 6 workshops of clinically proven steps that share how to eliminate unresolved anger through self-tests, activities, and other interactive resources helping people measure their progress and ultimately enjoy a long and anger-free life.
